This collection features original jewelry designed by P. Michael that is ready to ship.  We do not send our jewelry nor yours to another person to have the work completed.  Each piece is personally designed, cast, stones are set and the polishing work is completed by P. Michael in our Hot Springs, Arkansas studio.

Returns
There are no refunds, exchanges or returns on special order customized jewelry. However, if you purchase from this collection without making any changes the refund policy is: 
Our policy lasts 15 days from signed receipt for delivery. If 15 calendar days have gone by since you signed for your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
